Process & responsibility
How the enquiry service works
Scarborough Hot Tub Repairs is an independent enquiry and referral service. This page explains exactly what we do, what an independent provider does, and who you contract with.
In short: We pass suitable requests to one independent repair provider. They contact you, quote for and carry out any work directly with you.
Step by step
- You describe the fault. Use the enquiry form to tell us the make, model, age, fault or error code, postcode and property type.
- We review and check basic fit. We look at the location and whether the enquiry is the kind a Scarborough-area provider can help with.
- We match where coverage exists. Where suitable coverage is available, we pass your details to one relevant independent provider.
- The provider contacts you. They discuss inspection, availability and price directly with you.
- You contract with the provider. Any inspection, quotation, repair or servicing is agreed and carried out between you and that provider.
What we do
- Accept and review Scarborough-area repair and servicing enquiries.
- Record the fault, location and property information you provide.
- Pass suitable enquiries to one independent provider where coverage is available.
- Tell you if we cannot find suitable coverage.
What we do not do
- We do not attend, inspect or repair hot tubs ourselves.
- We do not employ engineers or operate a repair fleet.
- We do not quote prices or guarantee a repair, a response time or coverage.
- We do not take payment for repair work — that is between you and the provider.
If no provider is available
Sometimes there may be no suitable provider for your area or fault at the time you enquire. If that happens, we will let you know so you can look elsewhere. Submitting an enquiry is not a confirmed booking.
Your data
We share your enquiry with one suitable independent provider so they can respond, exactly as you acknowledge on the form. See our privacy notice for what we collect, why, and your rights.
