What this service is
Scarborough Hot Tub Repairs is an independent enquiry and referral service. We receive hot-tub repair and servicing enquiries and, where suitable coverage is available, pass them to one independent provider. We do not carry out inspections, repairs or servicing.
No confirmed booking
- Submitting an enquiry is not a confirmed appointment or booking.
- We cannot guarantee that a provider is available for your area, tub or fault.
- If no suitable provider is available, we will let you know.
The provider is independent
- Any inspection, quotation, repair or servicing is provided by an independent provider.
- That provider quotes, agrees and contracts with you directly.
- We are not a party to the contract for the work and do not set its price or terms.
- We do not employ, certify or supervise providers and are not liable for their work.
Your enquiry
- Please give accurate information so a provider can respond usefully.
- Do not submit another person’s details without their knowledge.
- Do not misuse the form (for example, automated or spam submissions).
Safety
Guidance on this site is general and is not a repair instruction. A hot tub combines water and mains electricity — if something seems dangerous, keep clear and wait for a qualified provider.
Liability
We provide this enquiry service with reasonable care but do not warrant a repair outcome, response time or coverage. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded. Your statutory rights as a consumer are not affected.
